Mission Statement

At Jack David Football Academy it is our vision to develop / enhance each player to reach their maximum potential / targets in their position through technical implementation where you become a master of the techniques of the game (passing, receiving, scanning, awareness, shooting, dribbling, crossing, tackling and heading) with the adaptability of progression through growth in confidence and precision in your play.

To increase your tactical knowledge through the match / game scenarios / nature and structure of the game. This will be developed further by you having the ability to anticipate the moves of your own position and your opponents within formations and systems of plays with the aim of enhancing your pitch geography / analysis / learning on how you can effect play – attack & defence transitions – how you move the ball across the field, how you create gaps in the opposing team’s defence and exploit space / numerical advantages.

To achieve this, JDFA operates a ‘player / position – centred’ approach that delivers expert coaching and facilitation on an individualised & team basis with the aim that every player can achieve their targets in their chosen position.
